Downtown Dwellings* was created by owners Mark Brown and Jill Judy, who over more the last several decades have purchased distressed buildings in the heart of the historic areas of downtown Little Rock, Arkansas, and lovingly brought them back as affordable residential apartments. “We believe that by preserving these wonderful historic properties, both homes and commercial buildings, and creating in them quality living space for today’s lifestyle makes our community a better place.” Jill Judy, co-owner.
