In 2024, Jane’s Addiction broke up live on stage. Perry Farrell punched Dave Navarro in the middle of a song, effectively ending the band in the middle of their reunion tour. Now Navarro, Eric Avery, and Stephen Perkins are suing Farrell for $10 million. And Farrell is suing them right back.

The incident, which took place at the Leader Bank Pavilion, happened about two-thirds of the way through the band’s reunion tour of the U.S. and Canada, which was its first with the band’s full lineup: Farrell, Navarro, drummer Stephen Perkins and bassist Eric Avery.
