Matt Patricia reportedly could be eyeing prestigious college job
Patricia was last in the NFL as a senior defensive assistant for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2023. However, his contract expired at the end of the season and was not renewed. He held the role of defensive coordinator for the Patriots from 2012-2017, before taking on a head coaching job with the Detroit Lions.
The Buckeyes interviewed the longtime former NFL head coach and assistant for their open defensive coordinator position.
