Barcelona's Dani Olmo has been enjoying his holiday, but he also appears to be on the hunt to help the Catalan giants recruit a winger. Olmo is an international teammate of Williams, but the Spaniard has another player in mind to join the Spanish club.

After publicly distancing themselves from the Spanish forward earlier this summer, Barcelona performed a swift U-turn. The Catalan giants appear to have agreed personal terms with Williams—reportedly persuading him to accept a salary offer which other clubs comfortably exceeded—but negotiations with Athletic have stalled.

FC Barcelona midfielder Dani Olmo has reportedly spoken with Luis Diaz whilst on holiday, with the Spaniard calling the Liverpool star “world class” amid rumours he could challenge Nico Williams in Barca’s transfer plans.
