The equipment trucks have arrived at George M. Steinbrenner Field, where workers ushered dozens of cardboard boxes and duffel bags toward the home clubhouse this week: bats, balls, uniforms and everything else the Yankees will need for six weeks of Spring Training under the Florida sunshine.

The New York Yankees are not even to opening day yet and their bullpen has already taken a hit. They could make a last-minute signing to get back on track.
