There is an anodised grey-coloured metal lid with centrally-aligned Alienware logo (Alien head) that glows. The lid of the Alienware m16 R2 also has the number 16 in a very large font size.

The Alienware logo stamped on each side might give you away ... That means it sits against the side of the head a little easier, bending to whichever shape it needs to be with less resistance ...
