Behind a career day from quarterback Arch Manning, Texas football beat an old rival and kept its fading playoff hopes alive.

Arch Manning completed something akin to the football version of hitting for the cycle in baseball on Saturday as No. 17 Texas throttled Arkansas 52-37.

Manning passed for a career-high 389 yards, and his do-everything day showed how far he's come from the beginning of the season, when Texas struggled to a 3-2 start.
