CHICAGO -- Michigan’s football team beat Northwestern 24-22 with a walk-off field-goal on Saturday at Wrigley Field. The 18th-ranked Wolverines (8-2, 6-1 Big Ten) had four turnovers in the second half but survived a scare from the Wildcats (5-5, 3-4).

Despite putting up one of its worst offensive performances of the 2025 season, Northwestern pushed No. 18 Michigan to the brink of defeat, forcing the Wolverines to construct a perfect final drive to eke out a win.
