Authorities have ramped up their efforts by air, sea and land to track down the 20-year-old University of Pittsburgh student who went missing six days ago while vacationing in the Dominican Republic resort town of Punta Cana.

Sudiksha Konanki, a University of Pittsburgh student from Virginia, was on spring break in Punta Cana when she was last seen early on Thursday.

Police said they were re-interviewing people who were with Sudiksha Konanki before she vanished at the beach in front of the Riu República Hotel.
