New York exercised its fifth-year club options on cornerback Sauce Gardner, wide receiver Garrett Wilson and defensive end Jermaine Johnson., according to ESPN's Adam Schefter on Monday. Gardner will make the most of the bunch with a $20.2 million salary for 2026, while Wilson and Johnson will earn $16.8 million and $13.4 million, respectively.

Jets general manager Darren Mougey said Monday that he anticipates the team will pick up the fifth-year options on Sauce Gardner, Garrett Wilson and Jermaine Johnson.

Cornerback Sauce Gardner, wide receiver Garrett Wilson and edge rusher Jermaine Johnson will have their fifth-year options picked up, Mougey said Monday during a pre-draft news conference. The trio were first-round picks in 2022 when Joe Douglas ran the Jets’ football department.
