The Falcons signed Cousins to a four-year, $180 million contract last offseason, but he was replaced by rookie quarterback Michael Penix Jr. toward the end of the year. In his 14 games under center for Atlanta, he threw for 3,508 yards, 18 touchdowns and a career-high 16 interceptions, the latter of which tied for the league lead.

The Atlanta Falcons held their first voluntary offseason workout on Tuesday and there was one surprise visitor. According to a report from WSBTV's Zach Klein, quarterback Kirk Cousins was in attendance.
