Attorneys representing Houston Texans wide receiver Stefon Diggs filed a six-count lawsuit in Harris County on Wednesday night, per documents obtained by Chron.

A lawsuit filed on behalf of Texans wide receiver Stefon Diggs  against a reality TV and social media star and her friend alleges a casual relationship — and some casual partying — eventually led to assault and extortion.

INDIANAPOLIS – Texans veteran free agent wide receiver Stefon Diggs’ lawyer, Kent Schaeffer, has filed a civil lawsuit on his behalf in Harris County against a woman, Mia Jones, alleging assault and extortion.

Mia Jones, a reality star also known as Mulan Hernandez, alleged that she was “assaulted from behind” by Stefon Diggs.
