Minecraft is no stranger to player-made modifications. From the game’s inception, players have been taking the code and customizing it to do new things.

To keep things organized, you can create subfolders within the "mods" folder to sort your mods better. Finally, copy the Aether mod file into the "mods" folder you just located or created.

When ready, click “Create” and the executable will start installing the Essential mod to your PC. Boot up the Minecraft Launcher.
