Former AEW star CM Punk and president Tony Khan are being sued by former wrestler Ryan Nemeth for alleged assault, breach of contract, and more, according to a new report.
Now, as first reported by Fightful, Ryan Nemeth filed a lawsuit on 14 February in Los Angeles Superior Court against AEW, Tony Khan, and CM Punk. Nemeth alleges assault, breach of contract, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and intentional interference with prospective advantage.
AEW has been under the reign of Jon Moxley and his crew of Death Riders who have wreaked havoc within the company.
