Anthony Mackie stopped by the AMC theater at Disney Springs inside Walt Disney World to drop in on an audience getting ready to watch his first big-screen performance as the new Captain America. The fun and exciting moment was captured in a video that was posted to Instagram.

Anthony Mackie decided to see the fans' reactions to his debut as Captain America himself, and attended a Captain America: Brave New World screening. The new movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe debuted in theaters on Feb.

The spoiler-free set-up: Mackie’s character, a military veteran, counselor and former “Avengers” sidekick named Sam Wilson, has traded in his Falcon alter-ego (and his deep reservations) to finally accept the Captain America mantle.
