Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear announced late Friday the death toll from the recent flooding and severe cold has again increased. Now, 20 Kentuckians have died, Beshear said in a post on X, formerly Twitter. According to the governor, the latest include: An adult female from Morgan County.
