CLEVELAND, Ohio - A serious winter storm is underway across northern Ohio Sunday morning, with heavy snow expected to intensify throughout the day before tapering off late tonight. Snowfall predictions have jumped up several inches from Saturday’s forecast.
Roughly 185 million people are under winter alerts today as dangerous cold grips much of the central and eastern U.S. Wind chills in some areas are as low as the minus 20s and minus 30s, and temperatures are 10 to 40 degrees below average.
