The mother of a Twin Cities teenager allegedly murdered by his father plans to speak outside the Governor's Mansion in St. Paul, Minnesota, Friday afternoon.

According to the criminal complaint filed on Wednesday, preliminary autopsy findings showed there was "evidence of decapitation by knife" and classified his death as a homicide.

The criminal complaint filed in Anoka County charges 38-year-old Collins, the father of Jordan "Manny" Collins Jr., with one count of second-degree murder. He was arrested on Monday and is currently being held at the Anoka County Jail on a $2 million bond.
