Nov 27, 2012 · My harshest criticism of Politico is that they talk about politics in the narrowest possible sense. There's a lot of vacuous talk on the national scene that you can sort of cut through by looking to history, policy analysis, deconstruction, in depth reporting, geography, demographics or whatever other lens, but Politico doesn't even bother.
