Meet Daisy, Duval County Public Schools’ newest K9. She came from another agency, and while much of her past is unknown, what’s clear is that she’s now in a place where she’s supported and cared for. Daisy is a narcotics detection K9 partnered with handler Charlie Byrd. The two officially certified on January 23 and are already working side by side to support school safety. Her handler says she’s thriving, full of energy, and genuinely happy in her role. Ribeye dinners on Mondays included. K9s U
