At least 2200 years old, this bronze mirror is attributed to the Warring States period of the Eastern Zhou dynasty, and is possibly from the State of Chu in what is now southern China. The mirror features a repeating background pattern consisting of curls and granulation, overlaid with slanted “T”-like forms.
