The Cheshire West and Chester Council Local Plan is now open for consultation, with a real risk of thousands of houses being built on greenbelt land around Frodsham and Helsby. Our local services are already under pressure. Schools, GP surgeries and roads are struggling as it is. This level of development would be completely unsustainable.
