23K views · 480 reactions | PADDLEFISH BROODSTOCK -- This past week, Blind Pony Hatchery staff used gill nets to capture paddlefish broodstock for upcoming spawning activities. Reproductive fish were identified by using an ultrasound unit and were transported to the hatchery where they will be used to produce more than 100,000 fry each.
