Bee venom therapy requires me to sting myself with 10 bees, three times a week, for 2–3 years I’m doing it to treat Lyme disease. It’s not the treatment anyone dreams of doing. In fact, for most people, it’s the treatment they find after they’ve already exhausted everything else. It’s painful. It’s intense. And it requires a lot of lifestyle adjustments. But one part of it I’m grateful for is that it takes me about 20 minutes, in my own home. I can also travel with the bees and take them with me
