Vibrato motion (exaggerated). Of course, this is just one component (the motor) of vibrato. I use all three types , but the arm/wrist combo most of the time (which I think gives me the most bang for my buck aka less arm movement and loose wrist.) Vibrato is 99% ear and 1% motion.
