Arvest to acquire 29 Bank of America branches, nine in-state

The Arvest Bank story begins in Northwest Arkansas with The Bank of Bentonville, which was purchased in 1961. Over 60 years later, Arvest has more than 200 banking locations that are part of 14 locally managed banks in more than 110 communities. Beyond physical expansion, Arvest is continuing to grow for the future by expanding its digital offerings --- a transition that was accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic.
