This people were never violent, they were peacefully gathered just demanding for fixed employment contracts, instead of working on contracts since 1990. ENOUGH MANPOWER … Namibian Police inspector general Joseph Shikongo says there is enough manpower in the police force to maintain safety and security in the Khomas region and the rest of the country.
