[Mango Sago Pomelo 杨枝甘露] This super yummy Mango Sago Pomelo dessert was invented by former head chef (Mr Wong Wing Chi) of Lei Garden in 1984. He created this recipe to suit the taste of Singaporeans as they were opening their first branch in Singapore.
