Clackamas County Water Rescue Consortium rescues dog stranded on the banks of the Sandy River In the morning on June 5, dispatchers received a report that a German Shorthaired Pointer named Reggie had fallen down a steep embankment, and was now stuck on a boulder along the Sandy River, a quarter-mile south of the Dodge Park Bridge.
