We believe this black bear probably came under the Gold Creek bridges and also visited the Hyak undercrossing. Snow continues to fall Wednesday morning as you can see in this video in Spokane. Chains are required for all vehicles except AWD/4WD over I-90 Snoqualmie Pass. So far we're seeing drivers do a pretty good job giving our plows room to work. Please keep it up, take it slow, follow traction requirements and be prepared for possible delays or closures.
