Episode 15 browned butter bourbon pecan chocolate chunk cookies! Recipe: brown 2 sticks butter and set aside, 2 tbsp butter and 1 and 1/2 c chopped pecans in a pan for 5 mins until toasty and set aside. Add into browned butter: 1/2 c sugar, 1 c brown sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 3 tbsp bourbon, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, and 2 and 1/2 c flour. Mix in toasted pecans and 8 oz chocolate chunks (measured with my heart here) refrigerate 1-2 hours. Bake 35
