Comparing the sign differences between American Sign Language (ASL) & Crow Sign Language (PISL) Flarin Big Lake is a member of the Crow Tribe. Flarin is the last Deaf person in Crow Tribe who uses Crow Sign Language (language variety of Plains Sign Language). He kindly emphasized PISL is not a nationwide native sign language.
