PLP NEWS: Our News understands that 10 people met the midnight deadline and applied to carry the banner for the Progressive Liberal Party in the upcoming by-election. The seat became vacant after the late Member of Parliament Obie Wilchcombe died last month. The ten hopefuls include Shane Gibson, Samuel Brown, N. Edmond Munroe, Kingsley Smith, Robert Grant, Parkco Deal, Keith Russell, Caleb Outten, Calaritta Walker-Saunders and Lynden Maycock. The party is expected to make a formal announcement
